We are specialists in producing movement, declaration, clearance & transit documents via all modes of transport; by utilising our exclusive customs clearance agents who are located at every UK & Airport, Inland Facility Centres and ports of entry throughout the world, it enables us to offer various shipping Incoterm options which are agreed with our customers.
Road Freight Documents – We complete CMR Note Documents, produce EX-A & EX-D Export Accompanying Documents, lodge T1 & T2 Transit Accompanying Documents and submit local C88-E2 Arrival Documents. All documents are signed off on the line hauls arrival at the Inland Facility Centre or port of entry once all relating Duties & Taxes have been collected by our customs agent.
Sea Freight Documents – We complete Bill Of Lading Documents, produce EX-A & EX-D Export Accompanying Documents and submit local C88-E2 Arrival Documents. All documents are signed off on the vessels arrival at the port of entry once all relating Duties & Taxes have been collected by our customs agent, our handling & delivery agents are then authorised to deliver the goods.
Air Freight Documents – We complete Air Way Bill Documents, produce EX-A & EX-D Export Accompanying Document(s) and submit local C88-E2 Arrival Documents. All documents are signed off on the aircrafts arrival at the airport of entry once all relating Duties & Taxes have been collected by our customs agent, our handling & delivery agents are then authorised to deliver the goods.
